The man behind the supreme organization has acquired great talents and abilities by which he is excelling brilliantly in his niche. Ar.Kuldeep Singh is the Founder and Managing Director of the company. He pursued Bachelors of Architecture, and holds a Post Graduate degree in Construction Management. He has a rich experience of twenty five years in Architectural Design, Project Planning, Construction Management, and Program Management for corporate and real estate clients across major Indian Metro and Overseas markets.
Besides these achievements, he, for a short duration, worked on a project assignment in Switzerland. He has got significant large scale Management exposure in TATA Group’s Jones Lang LaSalle and Novartis. He is one of the senior members to set up Jones Lang LaSalle MNC Project Management Operation in Hyderabad.
During his tenure as a Project Director, and later as an Operation Head at Jones Lang LaSalle, he handled and managed a multitude of projects such as MICROSOFT campus, ACCENTURE India, UBS India Campus, and HOTELS Projects. He has hands-on experience in Hotels, Telecom MSCs & Datacenters, Mixed use Development, SEZs, and Corporate Interiors projects.
Additionally, he is an active member of The Indian Institute of Architects, Project Management Institute, and other Constructions Management Institutes. He is also a renowned speaker at NICMAR, ASCI, and various Design and Construction management Institutes.
