The project involved comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of multiple development components within a regulated SEZ framework.
The assignment required structured management of infrastructure works, phased construction planning, and coordination among multiple stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities. ARKA IPMS provided strong governance to ensure alignment between master planning, infrastructure readiness, and build-out sequencing.
